STEP 1: TURN ON GRID

Simply turn it on in your camera settings, and you can now use the lines on your screen to line up all your food bits and bobs perfectly. It’s great for the rule of thirds, creating leading lines in your image, and so many other compositional techniques!
STEP 2: LINE UP YELLOW AND WHITE PLUS SIGNS
When you position your phone in a top-down shot, you will notice that two small plus signs appear in the center of your screen. When you perfectly align the yellow and white plus signs, your phone is level and ready for the perfect flat-lay shot!
