Props & cookware rentals include a one-hour checkout window at the start of your rental. Additional prop checkouts incur an add-on site representative fee, which is mandatory for production crews of 20 members or more.
Film permits are NOT included.
Our studios are NOT available to rent as a commissary or commercial kitchen.

Our loft studio spaces are on the 2nd floor of a two-story converted factory built in 1908, with beautiful aged brick walls and exposed beams.

Parking
Street parking is available in the area, as well as various paid parking lots. We do not offer on-site parking. You can unload your items via the rear gated parking lot before parking your vehicles for the day.
