About Our Classes
The aim of our cooking classes is to give home cooks and foodies a flavor experience beyond what they regularly have access to. Our classes celebrate international cuisines – both traditional and modern – and bring diverse dishes & culinary traditions from around the world into the home kitchen for everyone to enjoy. No more sourdough starters or pasta 101's – let us take you on a culinary journey like no other.
All our classes take place after-hours in our residential kitchen studios, which spend their weekdays as the backdrop of cooking shows and food content. Focused on producing approachable and home-style cooking experiences, our classes mimic the home cooking environment, providing a seamless transition from our hob to your kitchen.
The goal of our classes is to create a social communal space where people get a hands-on opportunity to experience culture through food, while also making new friends and having fun!

Jikoni Studios is located in one of LA's top upcoming creative hubs, the Arts District. Near the Hauser & Wirth Gallery, Jikoni Studios is in the heart of Downtown LA, minutes from Little Tokyo & surrounded by some of LA's most prized historical landmarks.
Our kitchen studio spaces are on the 2nd floor of a two-story converted factory built in 1908, with beautiful aged brick walls and exposed beams.

Parking
Street parking is available in the area, as well as various paid parking lots. We do not offer on-site parking. You can unload your items via the rear gated parking lot before parking your vehicles for the day. Please notify the studio staff of your arrival time for unloading & freight elevator access.
